Refund policy

The "Perfect Fit" Promise We want you to love your ARYX gear. If the fit isn't right or you are not satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange To be eligible, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • In the same condition that you received it, with all tags attached.

  • In the original packaging.

2. How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at team.aryxclothing.in@gmail.com.

  • Please mention your Order ID and the reason for return.

  • For defective/damaged products, an unboxing video is required as proof.

3. Exchanges (Size Issues) Picked the wrong size? No problem.

  • We offer FREE Size Exchanges for the first attempt.

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup from your address. Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will ship the new size immediately.

4. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Prepaid Orders: The amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5-7 business days.

  • COD Orders: You will need to provide your UPI ID or Bank Account details. We will transfer the amount within 5-7 business days.

  • Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or "Flash Sale".

  • Items without original tags or packaging.
