Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time We know you want your gear fast.

  • All orders are processed and packed within 24-48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Public Holidays.

2. Delivery Timelines Once your order is dispatched from our Hyderabad warehouse, estimated delivery times are:

  • Hyderabad & South India: 2–3 Business Days

  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai): 3–5 Business Days

  • Rest of India: 5–7 Business Days

  • Note: Deliveries might be slightly delayed during extreme weather or heavy sale periods.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Prepaid Orders: FREE Shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹99 applies to all COD orders. (We recommend paying online to save money and get faster priority processing!)

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive an Email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track the live status of your package.

5. Incomplete Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is complete (House Number, Street, Landmark, Pin Code). ARYX is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

6. Contact Us If your tracking status hasn't updated for more than 3 days, please contact us immediately at team.aryxclothing.in@gmail.com and we will resolve it with our courier partners.
